    Lego Train is Pretty Cool

    Lego's train set is a wonderful set for children or adults to have. The multiple speeds for the train, the different directions and the ease in which the train runs on the tracks makes it quite a good buy for the price. Con #1 is the amount of batteries required, and the remote itself. Inside the first train (which you have to take it apart slightly to get to the battery compartment) it holds 6 AAA batteries. The remote control takes 3 AAA batteries. I can see this getting quite expensive. Con #2 is the remote as it isn't the easiest to figure out which knob does what. The book lacks specific directions so it is a trial-and-error type deal. This was hard for my 7 year old who became frustrated with it at first. Once we got it, it was a lot of fun. He plays with it all the time ...

    Great Lego Train Set!

    I found this LEGO set to be extremely easy to build, as always with LEGO the instructions were very easy to follow, and myself and my children have had nothing but fun with the set! This is certainly one of my top five favorite LEGO train sets and in my top ten favorites of all time LEGO sets period! I recommend it to not only the Train enthusiasts but also any lover of LEGO!

    Awesome.

    My son is 17 and still a huge lego freak. He never seemed that interested in a train set before but asked for one this year. Now he says, he doesn't know why he waited so long to get one because the are freaking awesome (his words) Pretty durable too since they have already gone off a lego cliff with little to no damage.

    Nice set of tracks

    Matches the city track I already owned. This is enough track for some fun projects. With the original track there's an overbalance of curved pieces, but that's not a big problem because right and left curves can be alternated to simulate straight track. It's a little pricey and has too many curves but overall a good value.
