    Its been a week since I start using this, so far so good.

    Just make sure to pull plastic blocks/covers all the way out, they should include detailed instructions sheet inside the box on how to setup the cartridge for the first time. There is a protection plastic tape on the left hand side of the cartridge that should be pulled out all the way before start using this cartridge. This plastic seal is pinched all the way inside the cartridge only a portion is grab-able from the left hand side of the cartridge.

    Cartridge Defective Right Out Of The Box

    The toner cartridge was defective right out of the box. It prints blurred black/grey bars on the entire left side of the page. I put my old toner cartridge in and everything printed fine. I put the new toner cartridge in and it continued to print blurred black/grey bars on the entire left side of the page. I contacted the seller on 27 April and asked for a replacement; my request was ignored. I contacted them again on 1 May and their response was, "I'm sorry but we have a 30 day return policy, thanks." I went to their eBay page for this specific item and can't find anything clearly referring to a 30-day return policy. Seller will not replace it, even though the cartridge was defective straight out of the box. I purchased the cartridge because my installed cartridge was nearly empty ...
