    I purchased the item on Aug 22. Paid $12.58 for shipping. No returns. I contacted the seller on Aug 26 asking if the item had shipped, and cancel the order if not. A UPS label was created on Aug 28. No updates for a few days. I filed a complaint with eBay on Sept 2. UPS finally has the package on Sept 3. The package was delivered on Sept 9. The item was not new sealed in package as in the listing photos. Seller contacts me on Sept 15 notifying me that the item was delivered.
