This china is fairly tough, but after a few years, I managed to chip one bowl. I was so thankful to have found an exact replacement and it was shipped to me safely. 9.99 seemed very fair for shipping a fragile item, but in this case it was a bargain. They spent a good portion of that on bubble wrap! I highly recommend this company.
