Item was very well packed and marked with fragile tape all the way around box, plus handle with care sticker. Sent pictures to seller, they promptly replied and issued a full refund. These things happen, but the issue was resolved speedily. I highly recommend seller for professionalism and integrity and would gladly buy from again.

My lidded jar was packaged beautifully but due to the shipping company handling my package with lack of care, the lid was broken. I contacted the seller and requested a refund. They promptly responded and refunded my money. They also said for me to keep the item and make a planter for a plant. They are nicest and most professional seller. I highly recommend them!
