This is my Fourth delivery with the first three I didn’t have these items and with this one I bought all the frida mom stuff and I was really surprised I really didn’t think it would make a difference but I figured I would try I had 3 other kids at home and one being a 2 year old I needed to recover quick ...I started using it in the hospital and I was shocked I was up walking around and being able to sit with my legs crossed before I even left the hospital and with this delivery it was my second hardest deliveries I have had I had her with no epidural I had blood clots My body started shaking while I was delivering my body didn’t function correctly the rest of the night I had her because it was such a fast and trama delivery So I didn’t see any of these products working but I was so surprised the only thing in the line I didn’t really use was the underwear I used one pair and my lower stomach broke out in a rash but that’s just me the foam and the pad liners are definitely number 1 if you can’t afford to get everything else definitely get them 2 .. and they may look like you won’t have enough because it’sa small package but I didn’t use them all and still have foam left
