    Terrible experience. Sent PS5 with simple issue they claimed they could fix. They ignored my messages and provided no proof of progress. When returned, console was not repaired and was in worse condition — cracked case, scratches, missing screws, and even a loose screw rattling inside. To summarize: I paid for a repair that was not completed I paid for shipping only to receive unrepaired and damaged device with missing parts and no evidence of work Completely unprofessional and dishonest service
