The photos showed an AIO that was used, but had no major defects pointed out. Mine came in its box with no cardboard tray (like pictured), and a big scuff on the radiator that was down to the metal and was also on the fan (not pictured). Seller did not make counter offers on Best Offer option as well. I paid the asking price, but if you’re not going to counter, turn that off on your listings. They weren’t autorejected either.

This would be my 4th order from them and it’s hit or miss with being packed mindfully. Mobo was packed in a dinky box. No CPU cover or attempt to protect it and three pieces of packing paper to hold it all together. I brought this up to the seller and they were accepting of constructive criticism.
