    Easy to use, does what it's supposed to do.

    This is a replacement for a 5 year old identical model. It works well, but I had worn off the writing on the original buttons. When I looked for a newer model they all were meant to control too many things. I just wanted a remote for my TV and components. We had a very difficult time programming the new Harmony. Even though it is supposed to be Mac compatible for programming, it is not! After trying for hours, including customer service phone support, the only way we could program it was to pay someone to bring their PC laptop. That went fine.

    Unit was subtly sticky.

    Description stated not sticky, this is inaccurate. The part was somewhat sticky. Will be keeping it, as it is far less sticky that the one I am replacing. This unit came with the complete back cover with stickers and glue on them. Not going to use that complete back. The price was right for what I received.

    The BEST universal remote you can buy

    As an A/V installation specialist and an audiophile, I am very familiar with the full range of Universal Remotes on the market. The entire range of Logitech Harmony Remotes are simple to set up, easy to use and easy to update when you purchase or change existing audio components. With some brands you have to have a "Licensed Dealer" to come out and update your remote as the software is only available to the dealer, so each visit can run into hundreds of dollars, but not with Harmony, you can easily do it yourself. This is the ONLY brand of Universal Remote I would recommend.

    It's okay. A 7 out of 10.

    This is my second of these Harmony remotes. They are pretty easy to use, and they are pretty well designed. However, the My Harmony software can be difficult to navigate. I am, overall, satisfied with this device.

    Harmony 900 Review

    The remote is in ok condition but a couple of the buttons does not work & is missing the rubber cap that keeps the USB clean. I kept it because I didn't want to deal with the returning hassle.
