    The item came in a plastic envelope with no inner packaging. A corner of the envelope had a tear on it. The case itself was heavily used with fraying edges and a deep indent. When I contacted the seller with photos showing the issues on the case, seller immediately suggested a refund which I accepted. I would have preferred to have a usable case, but seller did their best to fix the situation.

    I received the phones but didn't receive the generic charger and cord they referred to in the detail of items description section at the bottom of their listing. The phones were packaged well and in good shape. They charged up with no issues.

    Received the unit fine but the unit was DOA. The batteries were dead. I changed the batteries and it worked fine. I requested a refund, for the dead batteries, but they refused. Just want to make sure you are aware, before you purchase, you may have to replace the batteries, once you receive it. I didn’t think, the cost of batteries, warranted negative feedback. I don’t think it was intentional, by the seller.
