    ***SCAM*** This phone looked like new on the outside but WAS HELD TOGETHER by silicone or some other adhesive. Everything was fine after having Verizon connect it until the On/Off button wouldn't work and then the phone literally fell apart in my pocket. There was scribbling in pencil in another language on the inside of the back of the case and glue/silicone everywhere. ZERO stars and NEGATIVE feedback. ***BEWARE***

    Great call quality, nice size phone, great features!

    I have had for years a cheap phone with a small amount of memory so this one is a huge step up. I love it! I've only had it for less than a week but it works great so far! I'm still setting things up but the Smart Switch app worked great to copy my data over to the new phone wirelessly. This phone only takes a nano-sim card which is smaller than my other phone so I thought I was going to have to order a new sim card, but then realized I could just punch the middle out of the larger card and it fit perfectly. This phone didn't come with a manual but I found one online. Good thing because I wouldn't have known where to put the sim card and the SD card. With my other phone you had to take the back off but on this one it has a little tray that pulls out of a slot on the side. I think it's ...
