It was described to me as having no more than a 1% scratch on the exterior of the base. It was shipped with speed and arrived double-boxed in perfect condition, and I do mean PERFECT. For the life of me, I can't find even the tiniest scratch anywhere on it The price was also unbeatable and the seller's communication was superb. A+++++
