    The item listed for $1,700 was misrepresented. The title stated “ULXD4 Dual Channel”, which matches market value around of $1,700 for a ULXD4D dual channel. The product I received was a single channel receiver. Seller stated "labeled never broken". Therefore, sold me an item not even verified by the seller. This falls under the Federal Trade Commission’s Section 5 – Unfair and Deceptive Acts and is a violation of law. No refund received at this point.

    The item was listed for $1,200. There was no misrepresentation. It is accurate the title stated "Shure ULXD4 H50 Dual Channel Receiver 534-598 MHz". There was a difference between the title and the model number pictured. You have opened the item. You purchased the item on 7/9/2025 and messaged us on 8/21/25. You have not started a return. I suggest following Ebay's protocol to remedy this situation. The process excels when someone tries to return a once sealed item that is now open.
