    Everything you should expect for $12

    So I bought this for an older ast180 I'm building with my daughter as a project. I was looking for a cheap but functional video card. It checked all the boxes, arrived surprisingly fast, boosted video and image loading, doesn't support 3d graphics (but it was 12 bucks). The only actual negative I'd point out is that despite having the vga splitter it doesn't support a dual monitor output, it'll run 2 but only as a mirror image, no screen extension. Overall though it was everything I expected for what it costs.

    ATI Radeon HD 3450 review

    The card is an entry level card and does what it's supposed to do. I purchased this card for my Dell 531s so that I could upgrade my OS to Win 10. The onboard NVIDIA graphics setup is not supported for Win 10. The only problem I have with the card is that the fan is noisy at higher speeds. I have to keep it set around 20% speed.
