I understand how the mistake was made though, and don't think this was the fault of the seller. Since the item's purpose was for me to create my own pair of hiking shoes in the future, I'm not disappointed with my purchase. The seller did their best to properly describe the item.     TI-83 Plus but more

    The TI-83 Plus but with more ROM (1.5 MB vs 160 KB with the regular 83 Plus) and a faster processor (15 MHz vs 6 MHz with the regular 83 Plus). If you can get a graph link cable with it, you can install quite a lot of software here, especially if you're into some niche applications. Otherwise, it's a graphing calculator that'll get you through high school and a good chunk of college fine. Otherwise, the TI-84 Plus CE is where to go since the prices for the TI-83 Plus and TI-84 Plus CE at a brand new price is all too expensive. However if you get this used, the TI-83 Plus works fine, and the Silver Edition is even better to go with!

    Great product for price

    Needed a graphing calculator ASAP and found this one at a really good price. Works perfectly. Buttons are a little stiff and had to clean but it does what I need it to.

    Great used calculator

    I have the calculator but recently having some issue with the screen but the body is almost like new. I bought this one to swap the internal with mine but it is actually good shape overall. No swap needed, very happy with the product. Thank you.

    Loved this calculator so much in college that I had to replace it when a "friend" never returned it.

    Had one of these in college, ended up lending it to a friend who was going back for a masters. She never gave it back and I was always a little bit sad and nostalgic about that. I was happy to get a great deal on replacing it. I love all that it can do, and especially how much you can see on the screen.
