The computer looked clean and was visually in excellent condition, and were it not for the faulty graphics card I would have kept the computer. I am limiting my rating to 4 stars because the seller indicated the computer had DDR4 RAM, but when it arrived it had DDR3. It wasn't a dealbreaker but I am taking off one star as a result of the faulty info.
