The condition was new, but the appearance was different from the photo (black TCL brand instead of blue Alcatel brand in the listing photo), but seller said there's little difference in quality. Seller was extremely responsive to questions and messages, and very helpful. We're still not having much better charging with them than our original Alcatel batteries, so we'll see. Seller gave us advice.

    What can I say I need a cable replacement for my 1020

    The Nokia 1020 is a great camera ( with a phone built inside ) but the transfer cable accidentily broke. This 3rd/4th party item is a replacement and for the cheap price you get something that works and smells good but it is very short. This item is very short. Shorter then most short cables. I really needed one at the time and do not regret buying this item at all because I broke my original cable by accident of my own fault. So go ahead buy one. You can transfer files, and charge as well. However I do not know if this is 100% with Nokia/Microsoft standards when item comes to the 1020 or any other Nokia/Microsoft phone device. Cheers.

    Does not fit well

    It is very hard to plug in the USB cable to my phone. It is also very hard to plug in the other part of the cable to the computer and charger. I suspect it is not original.
