    Quality is very good. This switch looks identical to the OEM switch. One of the best prices listed on Ebay. The bright white directional labels on the switch make the door look new. I first thought maybe the motor or gears in the mirrors was going bad because the mirrors would go in one direction but not the other. Nope. The switch took care of all that. Now they work as they should for the first time in a long while. Shipping is also fast. Great buy!
