    These wheels were easily installed, although I did have to change the bearings to the correct size to fit my chair. That was easy, they pop out and the new ones just pop in.

    It was not my intention to infer that because the envelope containing my purchase broke open, that it was in any way their fault. It was clearly the fault of the carrier. On another note this vendor handled the incident gracefully, honorably and professionally. I would most definitely recommend and use this vendor again

    The plastic bag that was sent was cut open and nothing was in plastic bubble wrap bag. I did not receive any wheelchair tires that I ordered, I am disappointed in the packaging that it was sent in. please help.
