This time there happened to be an mislabeled description, where the item listed was a higher model than the one we actually received. After contacting the seller he tried to accommodate us by finding the correct model in his inventory, but was unsuccessful. He ended up allowing us to keep the lower end model and he refunded half the price. He replies quickly to messages & is very courteous. Overall, a positive experience.
