    typical Ridgid product

    While many look down their nose at the 'house brand' of a big box store, I have found that Ridgid consistently provides excellent value for the money. This little guy is no exception! Well designed, solidly built, and with all he features I wanted, it works better than the 'name brand' small routers and cost a boatload less.

    Not so good.

    I don't much care for this router, but it was cheaper than the ones I've had in the past. The last one exactly like this didn't last long. The armature went bad. I only buy these because they are cheap and I needed one.

    Excellent used Ridgid Router

    I was looking for either new or good used router with both of them having a great value. This used one look like it was new, but used, and the best part was the price I paid for. This Ridgid router was easy to use, and it did an excellent job on the kitchen counter top laminated board. It fitted my hand great and the handling of this unit as I was trimming the laminated board was good as I can see and control this unit.

    Very good value

    This trim router has all the features for doing laminate/veneer work. Comes with edge guide and square and round bases. The variable speed feature makes this tool very versatile. The LED light is a nice feature. There is some play in the fine adjustment which should be noted but can be corrected. This tool was the best value among the top trim routers available in my opinion.
