    So far so good. Seller is fabulous, answered all my questions, offered alternatives, reassured me, etc.- Well packaged to avoid injury on the blade, great safety instructions for installation. Super easy to remove old 32oz container blade and install new blade. Time will tell how long the blade actually lasts but I feel VERY confident in this blade because of the seller! Only surprise was it was shipped in a plastic envelope not in a flat rate box. All good.

    I have a pre-2003 Vita-Mix 4000 metal container that began leaking at the seam. Vita-King helped us with something else a few months ago so we contacted Robert again. Quick responses every time.
