      My New Blender

      I was so grateful to receive my new blender. However, even though it came quickly, I quickly learned that it is a flimsy make of the real thing. Immediately I started smelling it burning when I put it on blend. I had to add so much liquid to make it run that it destroyed the taste of what I was blending. My old, rea,l glass blender has lasted some 22 years. This will not last. I am so disappointed.

      I don't use a blender much but when I do this will work

      Quality is definitely not in this blender. Knew it would be on the flimsy side but seriously this one is a joke. Container is razor thin & cover is pathetic. Don't waste your time. Upgrade to a better product & trust me you will be happier.

      Mama's eyes spun

      So lightweight it can be stored in a high cabinet but also dances across the counter when running. First try I held my palm over the center knob on the chintzy top and it popped down into the gazpacho, essentially eating the thingamajig. Though I pushed the soup through a colander, our poor little Suzie still got a nasty chunk stuck in her craw. Don't worry, we turned her upside down and pounded but don't think she'll be having any more of Mama's Gazpacho.

      Oster products are excellent to use. My last blender was of this brand and I had to get another one because I accidently dropped it on the hard floors. I found that blenders are very sensitive and should be handled very carefully. This blender works fine and it's very easy to use. Highly recommend this brand of blender.
