The battery life was poor at first, but after adjusting some settings, it now provides 6-8 hours of battery life with normal use (watching movies, YouTube, working on word documents etc.). It looked like brand new except for those tiny scratches; overall, very good appearance. For the price, I believe it's a good deal. I hope it will last for a long time (with 2 years of warranty by Allstate).

Arrived in two boxes, one outer box and the inside box was the Dell refurbished box containing the laptop and charger. Laptop was secure and segmented from the charger. The charger itself had a little bit of room to move in it's own compartment but the laptop was secured well. All hardware tested and functioned well. No complaints.
