    Good service, product arrived on time in new condition, just like advertised. I was a little surprised though when I read that there were no returns allowed, which seemed a somewhat bad deal for a consumer that cost $200 and was brand new. Hope it lasts for a long time. Thanks again for your great job of getting to me in a hurry and in perfect condition. I have 2 100lb Akita Dogs, so I can't go very long without vacuuming. I would recommend customers purchase from this seller, he did a great job

    My Dyson Outsize cleaner head quit turning. Spoke to Dyson in April. Still waiting for repair or replace, I gave up & bought this so I can use it my “new” machine. It works great. I vacuumed yesterday with my older Dyson & today with this new roller head. I am amazed at how much dirt, dust & dog hair this picked up. This came via California with the last leg into hurricane Helene. It still made it here in 8 days. USPS delivered today, I’m a happy camper!
