Once it unfurls out of the box it can be cumbersome to move but the company sewed in handles on the each side to assist with the moving of it. Pretty amazing design, and a good price. Perfectly firm, no box spring even needed.

I was offered a $50 refund, which i never got and no way to send the mattress back. Communication is good but it seems they will tell you whatever you want to hear to keep your money.
