Good Printer for the Price
It had a good rating, so we decided to purchase the printer. For the price, this was a good deal. It was a new "open box" offering and everything was in the box. We needed a simple backup printer for light jobs. We did need to reload the software a few times, as it stopped printing in color, however that seemed to fix the problem. Just what I was looking for
Refurbished. Small, lightweight, & easy to use. After reading reviews, took my time when unhooking previous printer so USB cable was ready to go. Couldn't get CP to locate printer so setup using wireless directions and everything fell into place. Ran a scan and printed from the PC and both worked exceptionally well, no problem. Takes up little space and looks cool too. Great buy for the price! Looked around and was able to purchase at nearly half the price as a new one. UPDATE: quit working after using 4 times. Spent 2 days to get it to work again. This time had to use USB cord/connection but it repeatedly said couldn't find my printer. Finally the HP icon popped up in apps, followed instructions, disconnect cord when told to do so, and now have solid wireless connection.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good Printer, Missing USB Cable Necessary for Printing
My printer seems to be in great condition except for the fact that it came missing one of its accessories. The box came with color and black ink cartridges, a power cord, and the printer itself. It is missing its USB connector cable. The listing said that the refurbished printer would come with "all original accessories" and so I expected the USB cable to be included in this, but was told after the fact that it is not. Unfortunately, the setup wizard seems to require that the printer be connected to a computer via USB to set it up for the first time. Took a bit of time to figure out set up but the print quality was amazing!
I think this printer is great value for your buck. I like that it came with black & color ink. The set up instructions given could use more detail. Even the ones on ho websites didn’t cover all information. I kept struggling & trying for 10 mins and then it “accidentally” connected and printed out the set up instructions lol I didn’t even hit print for that. Just had the website open on my phone browser. Apart from that everything was awesome. Prints well, the print quality was amazing. I absolutely love that I can just print anything right from my iPhone. I just hope it lasts and doesn’t stop working in the future. Just one more thing- the printout paper out tray had a couple small hairs in it. Which was weird. No a big deal but worth mentioning. May be sellers should QC cleanliness after refurbishing and before shipping.

Good printer; Great price
This is an amazingly good printer for the price. The wireless feature makes it extremely convenient for me to print not only from my desktop but from my laptop or tablet as well. I could not be more pleased with this product. I also find the "instant ink" program intriguing. I'll anticipate that I'll save money on printer ink by paying a fixed monthly amount. Great little printer
Have just been using this for wireless printing from Macbook and iPhone at the house and it has been flawless so far . Print quality is just as good as the bigger printer I have at the office . Super easy to set up and the app on the phone makes it simple to print documents and / or photos . Not so gud
I can't get it to hook up to my wifi and when I try to do it on my phn it want hook up to the wifi direct it runs out of ink to quick the scanning part is fine and when it scans to print a copy it does fine as well but everything else the hp desk jet is not working from me I'm going to have to go buy me a other one just to be able to get done wht I need to get doneVerified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
