I’m satisfied with the lift. A royal PIA to install the casters if you have big hands or short fingers trying to put the nut on the bolt with your hand stuck inside the leg.

They replied to my multiple messages over a few days almost immediately. We mutually agreed to wait 2-3 additional day to see if FedEx could locate the package.
