The condition was new, but the appearance was different from the photo (black TCL brand instead of blue Alcatel brand in the listing photo), but seller said there's little difference in quality. Seller was extremely responsive to questions and messages, and very helpful. We're still not having much better charging with them than our original Alcatel batteries, so we'll see. Seller gave us advice.

    CHARGING FLIP PHONES. .

    Great change made in my phone . .A phone with charge connection problems seeming like the charge cord worn out . . .In my case so many times it's the battery not the charging cord . I keep a long hour amp load on my phone battery,and they wear out in about 18 months . from hard usage.

    the directions are very confusing for an 84 year old. and the companys help did not work.

    first battery was made in early 2018 lasted 6 mo purchased for $ 20. plus 2nd battery lasted 4 mo. Purchase $6.50. third was made in dec 2018 for $6.50
