The condition was new, but the appearance was different from the photo (black TCL brand instead of blue Alcatel brand in the listing photo), but seller said there's little difference in quality. Seller was extremely responsive to questions and messages, and very helpful. We're still not having much better charging with them than our original Alcatel batteries, so we'll see. Seller gave us advice.

    Alcatel One Touch Fierce 2 battery for people stuck with this phone

    Alcatel One Touch Fierce 2 account is closed. They were created to suit a type of consumer who could not afford phones. The cost was over $100-$200 and for many like me are stuck with data, images, etc, recordings on the phone. The battery itself might not be the problem but the plug or charger. A phone with too many problems for people who paid too much for these phones to begin with. People have spent over $1000 of dollars stuck with these useless phones.

    EXCELLENT long lasting battery power!

    These are Excellent batteries, especially when it comes to my wife spending more hours on her phone than I do on my PC. She's got five of these batteries. One in the phone and 4 others in separate chargers always ready for a change-out. The number one headache of the Alcatel phone is the charging circuitry, especially the micro USB connection, it's NO GOOD!!! That's why the extra batteries and chargers. I just asked her how many hours the batteries last each time before a change out and she says about 2 to 3 hours. Like I said, my wife spends a lot of time on her phone on the Internet, with brightness turned all the way up and with all the lights on in the house! YES!!! That runs the battery down QUICK She would probably want all the theater light on too, during a movie!

    Works as Expected So Far

    Just installed it so can't vouch for longevity yet, but everything works as needed. My old one - and I mean years old -- started to "bulge" = dangerous. So drained that one and installed this new one. Now it feels safe. I only use this Alcatel phone as a music player since I upgraded my phone to a Samsung.

    Works Great!!!

    Working very well. Just make sure to condition it, and fully drain it and fully charge it 3 times with interrupted use. This will insure a much longer battery life.
