We had to message each other back & forth quite a bit due to a 12 hour time difference but seller responded quickly to my inquiries & provided a satisfactory cure for the missing part(s) issue. The item was packaged very well but still sustained damage somewhere on its way to me. I suspect the hole in the wooden crate is where the missing part(s) went.

However, Product was crated in a way that the pieces rubbed paint off each other and the push lock fitting provided was the incorrect size. This is no fault to the seller, as it is crated by the manufacturer. Seller was quick to ship and provided an accurate description of the product. Will do business again with seller in the future.
