    The BEST!!!

    What can I say except that Solgar has remained the BEST. I have tried many brands, but my system absorbs Solgar with best. I grew up using Solgar but decided to try other brands to save some money, and like they have said "cheapness always pays the darest". Those brands were not very effective. I switched back to Solgar and my whole family uses it and they love this brand. I now only buy Solgar.

    Immune builder

    I always take vitamin C, as long as it's not ascorbic acid. This is more natural and Solgar is a good company. I take this every other day along with other vitamins. I would definitely recommend this product throughout the flu & virus season as well as for COVID-19. I know there's no direct evidence that taking Vitamin C will do anything but it stands to reason that building one's immune system could diminish the impact of either.
