    This slide assembly was not "New" as advertised and was in fact used. I contacted the seller for an explanation and was told they do their best to inspect prior to listing. The unit was poorly packaged in a used box so I'm skeptical they inspected this in good faith and may have simply been false advertising. Seller refused any price adjustment but was willing to refund, which I believe eBay would enforce at any rate due to false advertising. I will not be purchasing from this seller again.

    Buyer says he is unhappy with the product because of some cosmetic issues which are the result of the manufacturer's process. We offered the buyer a return with a full refund. Instead, the buyer wanted a discount, which essentially allows him to keep the item for free, or he threatens negative feedback. In the end, he decided to keep the item that he says he is unsatisfied with, instead of a return and a full refund at no cost to him. Feedback extortion and super scummy way of doing business.
