      Hello Theree. this Scott, who bought the scanner from you. Every thing got here okay. There was. thing I noticed the scanner was no properly locked on the back for shipment. It was however well wrapped I give. big kudos for that. Whenever you ship a scanner always push the lock switch on the back off. the unit. As an additional precaution place aa piece aa. piece. of tape over the switch to keep it from being accidently unlocked in shipment. When the scanne isnt locked down damage occurs
