    Great Basic cookbook.

    This book replaces the origonal copy which is in pieces. I use this for the timeless basic recipes. I also purchased one for my daughter.

    This book is so informative especially from an era before refrigeration and freezing. If you were to turn off your Internet go camping and read this book for three or four days you would be a 100% competent chef.
