Very well packaged as outer wrapper was damaged, but inner layers were not. Inner layers were stiff enough to withstand any bending. Item arrived UNDAMAGED! When first in published in 1968; as a colege student I could not afford the complete set of 15 volumes so I bought volumes from 'broken sets'. Every few decades I would purchase one or two more volumes. After almost 60 years of collecting; I now have a complete set! Excellent communication. Great wrapping and packing and fast shipping.
