    Bioflavinoids make vitamin C into a C-Complex

    Always buy C with the bioflavinoids--makes it a C-Complex. As a kid I suffered from bleeding gums, bloody noses, bruising--and found out it's the bioflavinoids that fix those things!! Solaray is a wonderful reliable brand as well, and includes more than just the citrus bioflavinoids.
