The key layout is nice and traditional, the keys are a good height, and I like the calculator and volume shortcut buttons. On the downside, the keys are unsatisfying soggy (unlike Microsoft's keyboards from the 2000s) and the mouse buttons are oddly stiff. The keyboard is no better in Logitech's MK200 combo or Kensington's "Keyboard for Life" Desktop Set. Good entry-level keyboards don't seem to exist anymore.

Like that you can hear the keys being used as you type. The legs position it at a level that is comfortable.

The keyboard and mouse work perfectly. I couldn't be happier. I had previously been using a wireless duo and got fed up with the batteries constantly going dead, usually when I was right in the middle of something important. Now I don't have that problem and the new set hooked up instantly with the Microsoft program, Window's 7, that is loaded on my computer. It is a great product at a great price. No negatives to report. Thanks.
It is as exspected
