The eyeshadow palette came in one eyeshadow cracked and broken , the seller wanted it returned , I kept the bag it came in , put it back in the box and on my hands was more powder , I opened it back up and two more shadows were cracking up . I believe this palette was Old , the box had been opened and worn where it had been opened several times. The seller did respond soon and sent me a label to send it back . As I will send it back tomorrow…. I don’t get a refund until it is returned .
