Necklace is as described. Shipping was not. Paid for ground advantage & proper packaging. Recieved a greeting card envelope with zero protection. Included was a note that she shipped it this way because she had not calculated properly & would lose money. Very unprofessional. It is on the seller, not the buyer. That is simply the cost of doing business. If you make a mistake, (which we all have done), you absorb the costs. Also, zero communication. Luckily it only went 100 miles, so no damage.

You get a great deal on a beautiful necklace and you complain about the shipping? It wasn't free to send it to you and it cost more than a postage stamp to do it. It was packaged with much care and protection.Then you lie about no communication? I always respond and very quickly. I have sold much more than you have on here, so professionally I know what I am doing. Don't bother shopping here anymore as you and your nasty comments as you lounge around in your mansion are no longer welcome
