The swan, which was packaged very securely, arrived quickly. The item was as described with plenty of photographs by which to examine it. The seller responded quickly to a question I had about payment, as well as a concern about affixing "Fragile" stickers to the package. Also, the seller included a bill of lading with product description and cost, which most Ebay sellers don't provide.
