Glass items not packed well. Box was pieced together and too big for the items that although bubble wrapped moved around inside package. The inadequate packing. I did contact seller and they offered a refund. I would have been happy with the replacement and mentioned that to seller. They didn't bother to communicate back. Just refunded 1/2 the item price still leaving me absorbing the package (too large) and postage that was determined by the size. Can't recommend this seller.

Not true. I did respond, and always do. Buyer failed to mention that 2 of the 3 pieces arrived undamaged. Shows packing was not inadequate. The refund was agreed to by buyer and still an unfair feedback. Pay no attention to this feedback it is unfair and exaggerated
