This item was listed as new. It's definitely used, with hair and debris in the package. It also wasn't even shipped in a box. It was carelessly shipped in the bag it came in with a label slapped on it, therefore the bag was filthy and the item was wet from the weather. This was a waste of money and went in the trash immediately. I don't want someone's dirty and used pillow in my house.
