    Women's multi 40+ I LOVE these vitamins! I have alot of women issues, pms/pmdd. I was taking these awhile back and noticed a huge difference in my mood, energy, pain. I believe these help with inflammation, fatigue.. I wondered why I was having tons of pmdd symptoms, antidepressants didn't help. These have! Everyone is different but I take this with a womens probiotic, same brand. I love how these don't have iron. Iron makes me really sick. I hope they never change the formula, only thing that works for me. Best of all organic! Doctors don't know how to fix pmdd, very frustrating, only treat the symptoms. I feel bad for every woman who experiences pmdd, I have it severe, every month can be difficult, wrecks my relationships, my self esteem, feel bloated, lots of joint pain, depression, ...

    This multi-vitamin is made from organic food sources. It is easy to take even on an empty stomach. It is one of the few multi-vitamins that I have tried over the decades where if I miss taking it, I really miss it! It makes a difference for my sense of well-being on a daily basis.

    vitamins you need & no stimulants that agitate bleeding

    Garden of life mykind organic gives me a noticeable energy thats from vitamins only. Soooo many put fake energy in the form of ginko biloba, ginseng in their ingredients! For hemophiliacs or bleeders, those on blood thinners, cancer treatment: these people will bleed in any weak or damaged vessels, muscle bleeds and deep bruising. For women that are hemophilia carriers easily bruises. Finally this vitamin doesn't upset my stomach with acid, heartburn or urping oder that I've had in the past with other vitamins I've tried.
