Good reference work for ID, not the newest work
While the book is badly dated, the prices are well out of date, the book provides a nice amount of information about the various antique firearms, excellent B&W photos, and other useful details that make it a useful reference work. If you are looking for up to date prices, the latest and newest information on collector guns, well there are always new books coming out every few months, so all other collectors' books are out of date, with the newest book being out of date before being printed as well, for that matter.
