They sent the bottle in an envelope and it arrived with the protective cap off and the bottle 90% empty! I asked them for a refund and they refused. They said that ebay told them not to issue a refund which is clearly a lie. I now have a case open with ebay and I will get the refund that way. Not sure why they wouldn't send a bottle with liquid in it in a box but somehow it's my fault that an envelope didn't protect the bottle. Horrble customer service and a completely unprofessional seller!

Please avoid this buyer if you're a seller. Buyer was issued a refund after sending me item back in same mailer and packaging. Funny thing is that it arrived to me in the same condition as it was when he sent a picture. He used what he needed and claimed it leaked with zero evidence. There was zero residue or evidence of leaking in the package or on the bottle. He never addressed the fact that the package and label were dry after supposed leaking. Please avoid this scammer.
