Unfortunately, the snap on the hat I purchased (which is vintage) tore and break almost effortlessly, upon first attempt at unsnapping. Otherwise, the hat was in great shape. What made it worse, was how the seller communicated with me. Manipulative and twisted my own typos against me. Didn’t want to work with me in resolving the issue and overall unpleasant. Fortunately, this wasn’t an expensive item…..
