After cleaning the dirt out of everything and getting it put together I plugged the vacuum cleaner in and it run. Needless to say I was very upset. The seller told me that the cord had been repaired but the vacuum worked fine well it did not. I took the repaired cord apart and I don't know what 2 year old did it but this 81 year grandma redid it. It worked now. Like I said I'm very disappointed.
