I won the bid, it was listed as "New" sealed, in fact it was not new and the box was resealed too look like new, the battery report showed it was used in 2022. I contacted this seller and this was the only response I got "Hi, please look at my sold itens, i have sold a used surface pro 8 bumdle for more than you paid. Thanks". This is not the way good sellers communicate, 1- I won the bid, no bidder paid more than me, 2- it wasnt as described, 3- the seller no longer responded.

I accept this feedback from this “KAREN” buyer. Before they even received the item, they were asking if they could return it. Once received, they did not follow instructions on how to upgrade to windows 11. So they start asking for my personal microsoft account credentials so they could upgrade the device. I refused. They kept the item about 7 weeks and then wanted me to refund them $100.00 which i refused. I do admit that I opened the box and resealed to inspect the item, it was new.
