You guys are great. Your attention to customer service is wonderful. I guess you can tell I'm pleased. I received the 2nd battery yesterday charged it up and it works great. Thank you for your prompt attraction to the missing battery. Sorry for your loss. I think if tape was put around the 2nd box the same as the bigger box was done the battery would not have fallen out. Just saying, get after that shipping department. LOL
